can a debit colector enter a guilty plea on ur behalf?
I took out a payday loan about a year ago I ended up not being able to pay it back due to getting sick now I have had a debit collector or legal firm calling me I tried to set up a payment plan but defaulted I just cant pay on it right now well he left me a voice message stating that they recorded me making the payment arrangement and now they are gonna enter a guilty plea on my behalf for fraud can he do this
